
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are requested through our online booking form. Once submitted, we’ll review your details and follow up to confirm service, pricing, and availability.
Do you offer mobile detailing?
Yes. We offer mobile detailing at your home or workplace, as well as shop-based services by appointment at our home garage. Availability depends on the service selected and vehicle condition.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Wausau, WI and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service area, feel free to submit an appointment request.
How long does a detail take?
Service time varies based on vehicle size, condition, and the services selected. Most detailing appointments take between a few hours to most of the day. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe when confirming your appointment.
Do I need to provide water or electricity for mobile services?
For most mobile services, access to water and electricity could be helpful but not required. Anything we can do in our home shop we can do mobile!
How much does detailing cost?
Pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and the level of service requested. Our service packages start at listed base prices, with final pricing confirmed after reviewing your vehicle details.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards as well as cash upon prior approval.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
What happens if my vehicle is very dirty?
Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, or biohazards may require additional time and cost. If this applies, we’ll discuss options and pricing before beginning service.
Do you remove child car seats or bolted seats?
For safety and liability reasons, we prefer not to remove bolted seats. We will clean around them as thoroughly as possible unless removal is specifically requested. Child car seats will be removed unless otherwise noted; however, the customer will be responsible for reinstalling.
Can you remove stains, odors, or pet hair completely?
We use professional products and techniques to significantly improve stains, odors, and pet hair. However, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed, especially with deeply set issues.
Do you detail in winter or cold weather?
Yes, we offer detailing services year-round. Weather conditions may affect mobile service availability and could require rescheduling for quality and safety reasons. Exterior services may be limited due to poor weather conditions.
Do I need to be present during the service?
You do not need to be present as long as we have access to the vehicle. Details can be confirmed in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. Tips can be made in cash or Venmo to @JT-ATD-WI
Do you detail vehicles other than cars and SUVs?
Yes. We also detail motorcycles, boats, semi cabs, work trucks, and select commercial vehicles. Because these vary significantly in size and condition, pricing is provided by custom quote.
Do you do ceramic coating or paint work?
No. Our expertise is currently in high-quality interior and exterior detailing and the thorough cleaning of your vehicle.
