Service Policies

At Attention To Detailing, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional detailing services. Please review the policies below before your appointment.

1. Scope of Services

Services provided are limited to package selections. Any additional services must be approved prior to scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle presents unsafe conditions or undisclosed issues that pose health or safety risks.

2. Service Location

Services may be provided:

  • As mobile detailing at the customer’s location, or

  • At Attention To Detailing’s designated service location in Rothschild, WI.

Mobile services are offered within a 30-mile radius of Rothschild, WI; the first 10 miles are free. Requests outside this area may be declined or subject to additional travel fees at the discretion of the business.

For mobile appointments, the vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location with adequate space to work. We offer fully equipped mobile detailing and do not require access to your water or electricity. Please confirm permission from property owner/manager before scheduling mobile services.

For shop-based services, vehicles must be dropped off and picked up at the agreed-upon times. Late drop-offs may result in an incomplete service or the need to reschedule.

3. Vehicle Condition & Final Pricing

“Final pricing” refers to the total cost after evaluating the vehicle’s condition and accounting for any extended labor required to complete the service properly.

All listed service prices reflect base rates. Final pricing is determined after in-person evaluation of the vehicle. Some issues may not be apparent until services begin. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed before continuing service.

If the vehicle requires additional time, labor, or specialized treatment due to excessive dirt, heavy pet hair, stains, odors, salt buildup, or other conditions, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Results Disclaimer

Interior detailing significantly improves cleanliness and appearance but does not guarantee complete removal of:

  • Stains

  • Odors

  • Pet hair

  • Salt residue

  • Embedded debris

  • Discoloration or material wear

Results vary depending on material type, age, prior damage, and overall condition.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

The customer acknowledges that vehicles may have pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (including scratches, tears, stains, loose trim, or electrical issues) that may become more visible after cleaning.

Attention To Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from normal wear, age, or manufacturer defects.

6. Biohazards & Excessive Soiling

Vehicles containing excessive biohazards or unsafe conditions may be refused service or subject to additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bodily fluids

  • Mold

  • Pest infestation

  • Sharp objects

  • Unsafe debris

Additional charges will be communicated prior to service whenever possible.

7. Access & Preparation

The customer agrees to remove personal belongings prior to service and provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

Attention To Detailing may remove child car seats if necessary to complete cleaning. However, customers are solely responsible for properly reinstalling all child safety seats after service.

The business is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

8. Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final service total.

The deposit is forfeited in the event of:

  • A no-show

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice

Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

10. Weather Policy

Service availability may be affected by severe weather, including heavy rain, snow, extreme cold, or unsafe conditions.

Mobile services may be rescheduled if weather conditions pose safety concerns or impact service quality.

Shop-based services may also be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions affecting safe travel or operations.

If rescheduling is necessary due to unsafe weather, there will be no penalty to the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

Attention To Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Mechanical failures

  • Electrical issues

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Issues arising after service completion that are unrelated to detailing work

12. Fleet Service Addendum

This addendum applies to all commercial fleet accounts and overrides general service policies where applicable:

Scope of Services

Fleet services are provided based on an approved service plan or quote. Any changes in vehicle count, condition, or service frequency may result in pricing adjustments.

Scheduling & Access

Fleet services are typically performed on a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Client agrees to provide timely access to all scheduled vehicles.

If vehicles are unavailable at the scheduled time, services may be skipped or rescheduled at the discretion of Attention To Detailing.

Billing & Payment Terms

Fleet accounts are billed per scheduled service visit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices are issued upon completion of each service visit

  • Payment is due upon receipt unless net terms are established (Net 7 / Net 15)

  • Initial service payment or deposit may be required prior to first service for new fleet clients

  • Late payments may result in paused or suspended service

Cancellation Policy (Fleet Accounts)

Fleet cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice due to reserved scheduling capacity.

Frequent cancellations or skipped service visits may result in contract reevaluation or service termination.

Vehicle Condition & Adjustments

Fleet pricing is based on expected vehicle condition at time of agreement. Significant changes in cleanliness level, usage, or vehicle type may result in pricing adjustments.

Service Priority

Recurring fleet clients receive priority scheduling and consistent service windows where possible.

Agreement Hierarchy

In the event of a conflict between this addendum and the general service policy, this Fleet Service Addendum shall take precedence for all commercial accounts.

Attention To Detailing reserves the right to make changes to existing policies without notification.
